After-school Nannies

Your family is looking for someone to help with the gap between the end of the school day and the end of your work day. Easier said than done! The children are getting older, and it seems like there are more things to be done every afternoon-homework, dinner, sports, and countless other activities.

What are the criteria for an after-school vs a part-time nanny?

Part-time, live-out nannies typically work 15-25 hours per week or bi-weekly (based on family’s need). This schedule can take various shapes, such as a providing care a few days a week or a few hours a day. As a subset of the Part-time Nanny category, after-school nannies are nannies whose hours begin after 2:00 pm during the week.

Enrollment fee:

Before beginning the search for your nanny, we would have a family meeting at no cost to you. During this time, we review your family’s needs and concerns, as well as what qualities, skills, and traits you are looking for in a nanny. No charge is made until your file is activated with the enrollment fee.

Placement Fee:

Once your home officially has a caregiver,  there will be a commission fee based on the first-year annual salary.  There are no other hidden fees associated with our services.  We will take care of the background screens, motor vehicle screens, drug testing, sales taxes, etc.

Our guarantee

You have a one-nanny guarantee until the end of the school year. If, at any point during the school year, the caregiver does not work out, give us a call and we will find you a replacement caregiver.
